Jeri Katherine Howell with Grace Rogers: A benefit for KY Student Environmental Coalition

She’s coming home! Local musician and songwriter, Jeri Katherine Howell, returns to the Kentucky Coffeetree Cafe with special guests and opener Grace Rogers for an acoustic fundraiser concert benefitting the Kentucky Student Environmental Coalition. Jeri Katherine is a singer-songwriter-guitarist who delivers an energetic, passionate and intimate performance of unique folk and bluegrass original and cover tunes. She has performed with and opened for musicians like Ben Sollee, Robinella and Sam Bush and released her second CD - “Collage” - in 2013.

Grace Rogers is a songwriter from East Central Kentucky who strives to share her experiences and stories with audiences through her songs. Grace plays folk and blues influenced original material, blending many audible influences from different genres with new ideas.

The Kentucky Student Environmental Coalition (KSEC) is a network of campus communities that work towards an ecologically sustainable future through the coalescence, empowerment and organization of the student environmental movement. KSEC is a unified from moving forward on environmental justice through activism, development and education. The concert’s proceeds will benefit KSEC in their mission.
